plans and elevations of existing buildings. These drawings can be used
for designing new construction such as tenant finishes, remodels and
additions. These plans are also the foundation for accurate space leasing,
planning and management. In most cases out crews can also map out some
of the mechanical details in the structures they survey.
Our field-tested crews can accurately, and quickly measure almost and
type of structure. We then convert these measurements into preliminary
AutoCAD (tm) drawings
When asbuilts are complete we can add any changes you may require to
produce the new project that the customer is looking for.
Building owners, realtors, developers and architects utilize our capability
to prepare as-built drawings. Square footage calculations assist in
leasing and planning purposes. Further, we can provide conceptual design
and space planning for renovations, tenant fit-ups or additions to existing
buildings.
