Generating and maintaining drawings to reflect the current
as-built status of a construction project, is vital to the contractor
as well as the architects, engineers and owners. Lack of accurate drawing
records can result in excessive, non billable, project costs and unnecessary
delays. Our company takes your marked up construction prints, redline
drawings, hand drawn sketches and any notes associated with your project,
then up-dates them to your specifications. Any additional definition
of layering, desired scaling and title blocks would be added upon request.
We also combine all changes made by your Field Forman, Inspectors, Owners,
and/or Developers, throughout each phase of coordination and installation,
into one final set of as-built drawings for submittal. These documents
are essential in the release of your final payment.
We offer the combined skills of Auto Desk/AutoCAD trained graduates
with the hands-on field experience of tradesmen, superintendents and
project managers. We are quick to foresee any overlooked problems and
inconsistencies that are not so obvious to architects and/or desk engineers.
